ETHNOPOLITICS is the Specialist Group's moderated electronic mailing and discussion list, hosted by JISCmail.  

In accordance with the objectives of our Specialist Group, the mailing list is to facilitate discussion within the broadly defined field of ETHNOPOLITICS, in terms of research and policy-making as well as teaching, by encouraging exchange and debate between interested members of the Specialist Group on issues related to, among other things, ethnic minorities, minority rights, and the origin, development, and settlement of ethnic conflicts. 

The list is open to the sharing of ideas, to the circulation and discussion of working papers, and to the debate of current issues in the field. Book, journal, and article reviews are as welcome as are calls for papers, and conference and workshop announcements. The list is particularly keen to stimulate research co-operation beyond disciplinary and geographical boundaries. 

There is no specific regional focus for debate, and there are no limits on discussion topics provided they fall within the defined theme of the ETHNOPOLITICS list and comply with usage guidelines set out in the JISCmail Acceptable Use Policy.
